HOW TO RENT A CAR?
You can get a price quote online from www.erturrentacar.net and make an online reservation in a few simple steps. If you make an early reservation, you will receive much more economical prices. You can make a reservation 24/7 by calling the reservation center at +903224580086. Or you can request the price and offer for all vehicles by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW CAN I DELIVERY MY CAR?
You can pick up the vehicle either from our City office or from the address you provide. For deliveries to be made at airports, you will be greeted at the general passenger exit gate with a page board with your name on it.
I AM FROM ABROAD AND I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. WHAT CAN I DO?
There is no credit card requirement for our guests living abroad and coming to our country for holiday, if their passport information and login information are presented.
You can rent a car by leaving a cash deposit according to vehicle groups.
CAN MY FRIEND USE THE CAR I RENTED?
The use of the vehicle by a person(s) other than the renter is possible by showing the driver's license information of the additional driver(s) on the rental contract and paying the additional driver fee. If the opposite situation is determined and/or in case of any accident, all assurances will be deemed invalid and both the renter and the person driving the vehicle will be held separately and jointly responsible.
DO THE VEHICLES HAVE INSURANCE?
All our vehicles have rent a car insurance. However, in order for the insurance to be valid, you must obtain the "Traffic Accident Report" and "Alcohol Report" from the competent authority, as well as the other party's documents, driver's license, license and traffic insurance photocopies, etc. and inform our office within 24 hours at the latest.
